该车是美泰早期产品之一，最早于1997年在南海官窑生产，目前已知仅有中国版。该车是在环球晚期遗留的MB214基础上增加倒车镜和天线，细化涂装并配以橡胶车胎的精品小改款。首版担当了Premiere Convoy精品货柜车之CY39蓝色固特异轮胎涂装的牵引任务。1998年该车再次出现在美泰改良后的CCY02中。1999年美泰公司对该车再版时，修改了制造商信息，并在哈雷-戴维逊（Harley-Davidson [HD]）CCY精品系列中担当CCY02/HA的牵引任务。此后未见有其他新版本发行。
