此车为莱斯尼的遗作之一，源自英格兰版带顶棚的SupeFast No.13（未被选入大编号范围），1982年被环球官方定名为MB63。1983年起由澳门生产，早期为合金底盘，1989年起出现塑料底盘，1991年起在泰国生产，1998年移到中国广东制造，2001年左右退出市场。
